LATE SEASON KICKOFF AND BIKE MAINTENANCE/FIX A FLAT CLINIC

The Tri Babes Sprint Triathlon 10-week training session kicks off with this special clinic and group workout (Please bring your bike and bike gear for the ride afterwards). Peak Season Tri Babes will join the newbies for the clinic and introductions. All Tri Babes enjoy store discounts that night.
6 p.m. Introductions to meet the new and current Tri Babes and a bike maintenance/fix a flat clinic
6:45 p.m. Group ride 1 or 2 hours depending on experience/level. Peak Season group with Coach Andie. 10-week group with Coach Lea.
SKIRT SPORTS 5K SKIRT CHASER EVENT - Volunteer Opportunity

DENVER TRI BABES TEAM KICKED OFF ITS SEASON JUNE 11
Tri Babes Training has expanded! The all new Denver Program began June 4.

Pro Triathlete Brad Seng gave us the down and dirty on sports nutrition for pre/during/post training. Tri Babes learned what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat for safe and effective training and racing. If you missed this great lecture contact Andie or Courtney for notes. BOULDER TRI-BABES NUTRITION SEMINAR
Boulder Tri Babes members gained useful knowledge about nutrition for maximizing fitness and performance, glycemic index, food choices, metabolism and blood surar, and choosing supplements at this March 3 seminar at Tree House Yoga Center in Boulder. If you missed the seminar but are interested in this information talk to Coach Andie.

We kicked off the 2008 season in January and April with parties and info sessions at Outdoor Divas Boulder and Denver locations. More than 75 women (and even a few men!) came to learn about the team, listen to Olympic gold medalist Frank Shorter, and win awesome prizes from our sponsors.
